For those who are joining us as new patient, it might seem out of the ordinary to be scheduled for a 60-minute new patient visit with the dentist and hygienist. This time is reserved especially for you to ensure that you can receive a thorough dental examination and consultation with Dr. Kotlarek . He looks forward to getting to know you and your family, and to talking with you about your oral health and expectations for your smile. Our goal here at Roman Dental is not only to take care of our patients’ dental needs, but also to get to know our patients on a personal level to make each appointment as comfortable as possible.
We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well. We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable to us!
We only deviate from our schedule in the event of dental emergencies that must be taken care of immediately. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
Should you need to change or reschedule a reserved appointment time, please call at least 48 hours in advance so that another patient can be seen sooner

If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to help you maximize your benefits. We are in-network for Delta Dental, Aetna, Metlife, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, Humana Dental, and other insurance plans.
Our Office in Houston Texas frequently handles Workers’ Compensation Dental Claims. In the case of Workers’ Comp, dental treatments often involve traumatic tooth and jaw injury requiring immediate care. To speed treatment it is important to provide the necessary forms and contact phone numbers prior to your appointment.
Please bring your insurance card and driver’s license with you to each visit to ensure our records stay current. As a courtesy to you, we will file and track all claims and provide postage for special claims. Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between your employer, your insurance company and you, and that you are responsible for the payment of all professional fees, regardless of the extent of insurance.
