Dr. Kotlarek was raised in Milwaukee. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and received his bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The University of Texas Health and Science Center in San Antonio. After graduation, Dr. Kotlarek took Northeast regional and Texas board examinations. He practiced in Boston, MA before returning to Houston, Texas where he now practices dentistry.
